We use the information you provide solely to match you with an available local dentist. Specifically:

• Your name, symptom, and zip code are sent via SMS to a matched dental provider
• Your phone number is used to send you a single confirmation SMS when a dentist accepts your request
• We do not use your information for marketing purposes

3. SMS Consent

By submitting the request form on moxident.com, you consent to receive a single SMS confirmation from Moxident. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your contact information is shared only with the dental provider matched to your request, solely for the purpose of scheduling your appointment.

5. Data Retention

Request data is retained for a period of 90 days for operational purposes and then deleted.
